- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic computer skills including data entry and analysis software
- Ability to work on-site in Fremont, CA

Laboratory Technician Assistant Laboratory Technician Assistant We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician Assistant to join our dynamic research team. This role supports various laboratory operations and contributes to ongoing scientific research projects. This position will be part of the team within the R&D department. Key Responsibilities: Prepare samples and specimens for testing and analysis. Perform basic laboratory procedures and experiments under supervision. Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning. Record and document research data accurately. Assist in organizing and labeling samples and specimens. Follow safety protocols and maintain a sterile work environment. Support senior researchers in conducting experiments. Manage inventory of laboratory supplies. Assist with basic administrative tasks related to lab operations. Must work on-site with the ability to commute to Fremont, CA 94538 (Required). Schedule: 4-8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Minimum Qualifications: Familiarity with wet chemistry techniques and laboratory procedures, at least 1 year of laboratory experience cumulative. Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field. Strong attention to detail and analytical skill. Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and equipment. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and analysis software. Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
